How to speak to the Board

To Speak Before the Board:

We Welcome Your Input.

If you have a topic you would like to address at a Board
Meeting, please arrive to the Board Meeting a few minutes
early. At each meeting, the Board President will recognize
visitors who wish to be heard. You will be asked to fill out a
card and give it to the President or the Treasurer before
the meeting.

Visitors who wish to address the Board are asked to state
their name, address, and school or organization. To allow
for time for all visitor remarks, your comments must be
addressed to the Board and should be brief (4 minutes).
