Our Mission

Rappite Rap is a student produced newspaper used
to inform, educate and provoke thought to New
Harmony School and the local school community.
We will try to thoroughly cover issues affecting
students, staff and the school community and
encourage our readers to share ideas of local news
affecting these people. Rappite Rap aspires to
present the best obtainable version of the truth to the
school, community and general public.
Opinion sections are intended to provide an inviting
environment for discussion and give both those on
and off the staff the opportunity to express their
beliefs. All unsigned editorials are the opinion of the
staff, but all signed columns and articles solely
express the views of the individual writer and do not
necessarily reflect the school population or Rappite
Rap. We welcome comments on school or community
issues from students, staff and the community, but
have the right to edit or condense letters to the
editor. Names may be withheld upon request.
