We are all learners and serve every child.
New Harmony School is located in historic New Harmony, Indiana, which is in extreme southwestern Indiana, just 20 miles west of Evansville. We take pride in the fact that we are one of the smallest school districts in the state of Indiana, serving all grades pre-school through twelve with an enrollment of 222 for the 2002-2003 school year.
As a school family, we strive to provide an excellent educational opportunity for each of our students as well as to provide surroundings where staff, parents, and community support a positive atmosphere in which students may grow and mature. While our community knows well of this unique opportunity, the school district has also been recognized for its efforts as our junior/senior high was named an Indiana 4-Star school for four of the last five years by the Indiana Department of Education.
